This Global Grant was awarded to the Rotary Club of Taichung Hsiang Shang, D3461 in collaboration with the Rotary Club of Timog-Quezon City, D3780 as their international partner. This humanitarian project aims to address community needs and produce sustainable and measurable outcomes by providing pedaling wheelchairs. The wheelchairs will help individuals with physical disabilities and suffering from muscle atrophy, rehabilitate for three months. Physicians shall be assigned to record data, evaluate, and make necessary recommendations during the rehabilitation program.
