IPP Dr. Edgardo “Egay” Aguirre provides free medical consultation on various eye cases to select patients under Sagip Paningin, Alay ng Rotaryo. The patients selected for the special consults were Ms. Marietta Bustamante, Mr. Crescen James Gacho, and Mr. Jose Asuncion, a referral of DZRH Ch.29’s Operation Tulong. This RC Timog-QC’s continuing project is in partnership with Rotary Club of Carlingford, Sydney, Australia.
