“Sagip Pandinig” or “Save Hearing” was started in 1995 by charter member and Past President Dr. Francisco “Kit” Victoria, an ENT (Eye Nose Throat) specialist. This annual project gives medical assistance to the hearing-impaired.
For two decades, the Club has provided free hearing assessment and testing. In 2017, our program was augmented by the donation of hearing aids from Past District Governor Danny Low of RC Mosman, Australia. As of 2019, more than 100 patients have received free hearing aids.
At present, hearing assessment is provided at Ospital ng Maynila Medical Center and Quezon City General Hospital.
