This seminar facilitated by RC Timog brought together the formal and informal residents of Barangay Holy Spirit in Quezon City to discuss and resolve community issues and conflicts. Afterwards, the children of informal Settlers of in Quezon City and their parents were treated to a night of fun, games, dancing, singing, and lots of toys.
